Jasmine Pearls - This green tea is harvested from a reserve-grade "Da Hao" tea varietal which yields a smooth body and rich flavor. The small pearls are then mixed with fragrant jasmine blossoms several times according to traditional scenting techniques. The result is a green tea with a delicate, sweet flavor and the luscious aroma of jasmine.

Organic Rose Bouquet -  A blend of fine white tea with red rose petals, lavender flowers and fresh peppermint leaves delivers a delicately sweet and refreshing tea, making it ideal for appreciating quiet moments of the day.

Li Shan High Mountain Oolong Grown at an elevation of 1,800 meters, this spring-harvested oolong tea is incredibly smooth with notes of tropical fruits, sugarcane and citrus. Intense floral aromas of honeysuckle and hyacinth are long lasting. The liquid has a pleasantly viscous texture reminiscent of butter cream. 

Each sample packet brews about 5 - 7 cups of tea.

Organic Jasmine PearlsUse 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (170º F). Let steep 2 - 3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.

Organic Rose BouquetUse 2 teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (180º F). Let steep for 5 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.

Li Shan High Mountain Oolong  - We recommend brewing Li Shan Oolong in the gongfu style, using a small teapot or gaiwan, to appreciate the wonderful aromatics and the unique flavors that unfurl over several infusions. Add tea leaves to fill the teapot about one-third full and rinse the leaves briefly with hot water. Pour the rinse water out and then refill the pot with hot water and let the tea steep about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Increase the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each subsequent brew. Most oolong teas can be re-steeped at least 6 times in this manner.
