White Peony is a traditional style of white tea originating from China. Our White Peony is picked in the early spring and carefully crafted from a mix of light and dark green leaves and lots of silvery buds. White Peony has a fresh bamboo aroma, a full-bodied mouth feel and a lightly sweet flavor with notes of melon and grape. Refreshing and cooling, White Peony pairs well with most foods and is especially good with sweets.

Use 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (180ยบ F). Let steep 3-4 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
