Grown in the high mountain air on a small farm, this green tea is handpicked by rustic woodland tea farmers and traditionally roasted in bamboo baskets over charcoal. With an aroma of fresh mountain meadows, Mountain Spirit is full-bodied and has a slightly fruity taste with a hint of sweetness.
Origin: China, Fujian Province.
Harvest: Spring 2010
Brewing Recommendation: Use 2 teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 1-3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
