This is a flowery, minty and slightly sweet infusion made with lemon verbena, spearmint, lavender and a hint of cinnamon and rosemary. Lavender is known to help relieve fatigue and tension headaches. It is also soothing to the nervous system.
Brewing Recommendation: Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water to boiling. Let steep 7 minutes.
