This top-grade black tea, known as "Jinzhen" comes from Fujian Province in southern China. It is an early spring picked tea, handmade with great skill. The name derives from its unique appearance – a mingling of golden-tipped buds with silky black needle-shaped leaves. Golden Needles is an elegant and smooth tea with notes of honey and chocolate.
Origin: China, Fujian Province.
Brewing Recommendation: Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water to boiling. Let steep 4 - 5 minutes.
