Produced in early spring, these bright green leaves are oven-baked to produce a fresh and flavorful green tea with a smooth, buttery texture, mild taste and chestnut aroma. Highly recommended for the everyday cup.
Origin: China, Zhejiang Province.

Brewing Recommendations: Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 2 - 3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
