Details
Grown in the clouds and mist environment known as "yun wu" in China, this handcrafted tea is made from a very slow growing, high-quality tea plant varietal known as Mei Zhan. Due to its slow and complex processing, not many farmers are willing to plant this tea and it is becoming increasingly rare. The taste is mellow and smooth, with a rich finish and a lingering, sweet aftertaste. It is very easy to brew and won't become bitter from oversteeping.
