Produced in March from the first leaves that emerge after winter dormancy, this First Flush tea brews a light, floral cup. The liquor is a light, clear yellow and the taste is fresh and lively, with a mild astringency. Certified Organic.

Brewing Recommendation: Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until boiling. Let steep 3 minutes.
