Our Yuzu Matcha Kukicha is a seasonal tea and available in limited quantity. It is a blend of first flush Kukicha , dried Yuzu peel and ceremonial grade matcha. The dried Yuzu adds a tangy citrus note which complements the vegetal Kukicha and umami sweetness of Matcha.

Brewing Guide
Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (180º F). Let steep 1-2 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
