Fukamushi SenchaKnown as "deep-steamed" tea, this second flush sencha brews a deep lime-green cup with a bold, rich flavor. The leaves are steamed longer than standard sencha, resulting in a more intense flavor and less bitterness. 

Organic Wuyi Da Hong Pao - Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) is one of the famous Rock Teas of Fujian, China. Grown among the mineral-rich cliffs of the Wuyi Mountain wilderness area, the tea is renowned for its sweet-tart dried fruit flavors and distinct mineral undertones. A medium-oxidized oolong, Da Hong Pao is smooth and full-bodied with a sweetness that lingers in the throat.

Assam Golden TipsThis is a top-grade Assam black tea that contains many golden tips. It has the perfect balance of body and complexity. Containing only the most aromatic young leaves, this elegant malty cup has a wonderful red wine-like aroma and leaves a desirable, lingering aftertaste. 

Each sample packet brews about 5 - 7 cups of tea.


Fukamushi SenchaUse 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until steaming (170 - 180º F). Let steep 30 - 60 seconds. Good for multiple infusions.

Organic Wild Amber Oolong - Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until boiling. Let steep 3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.

Assam Golden Tips - Use 1 teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water to boiling. Let steep 3 - 4 minutes.
